The owner and employees are very friendly and kind. They have a wide variety of products. It's very clean and have an open floor which makes it easy to find what you need.

I bought a atman awax pen and when I went to use it I realized that the pen itself wasn’t in the package. I return to the store to tell them the pen wasn’t there and the manager instantly asumes I’m lying saying that it seems fishy and that they wouldn’t sell something without checking it first. But I can literally walk into the store and point out the pen that’s supposed to be in the box they clearly had it on display and didn’t return the pen to the box when they sold it. But now instead they didn’t give a return and said I was lying. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Im not very knowlegable about some of the products and was nervous coming in being a newb. They made me feel not dumb and answered all my questions teaching me along the way. They were so nice and polite. Id send any of my relatives here knowing they will be treated well. Even remembered my name as i checked out and said thank you mike. Good customer service is hard to find. They got it. Thanks

I enjoyed my visit. Moe set me up with a e cig device I was a bit unsure about after pulling down and examining several, turns out the thing is a beast and can take the place of my old beast that finally kicked the bucket after 18 months.

Suuuppppppppoeeerrrrr racist. I went in there to compare prices of their tobacco after two mins of being in there I realized why pay 5 for two when I can pay 1.49 for two so I left no big deal right...wrong.... the guy come chasing after me saying empty your pockets now!! I turn around like what?!?! He like I know you stole from me so I empty my pockets and a iPhone and about 500 comes out I just look at him and say I probably make more money than you and I will never spend my hard earned money here ever. This guy had the nerve to say I dont care get out don’t come back. I don’t know if it was because he was wrong or felt embarrassed but that is NOT how you treat a customer. Don’t go here their prices are too high anyways.
Update: I’ve only been to this shop ONCE I live in Bloomington for Christ sake I’ve never been arrested I’ve never even had a ticket. If this is how they treat their customers I’m glad I haven’t spent my money with them. The owner is a liar and trying to make them seem right for following me to my car. So keep lying I will be contacting the better business bureau.

Great customer service. Helpful and respectful staff. Somewhat small selection due to small store space but they pack it to the ceiling. Prices are competitive, beaten only by online juice stores.

I called to ask a simple question. The guy on the phone was rude af. I couldn’t even believe it. Would never set foot in that place.
