Went back today Nov. 16th, the owners are very nice and friendly, they righted a wrong by one of their employees and went out of there way to apologize about the inconvenience.
Right now they have a "Guess how many jellybeans" game and you get $10 off your order.
They also will have black Friday deals on certain items.
Overall, very happy with their kindness and need to do the right thing to keep a loyal customer happy.

My husband and I just came here for the first time today. We got a sweet dragon hookah! The customer service was excellent! They are so friendly and helpful! Will definitely be coming here for all of our smoking, vaping, and hookah needs from now on! I’ve worked in customer service for a long time and it was very refreshing getting such outstanding service!

This store is your go-to. It is a family owned, true to the heart ran business. I live right down the street and finally went in to check it out. The experience was hands down the best I have ever experienced. They are so very knowledgeable about what they are offering to the public and opened my eyes to a new product I have been missing out on. Sam, his wife and son truly know how to make you feel at home and offer GREAT prices compared to others currently on the market. I came in when they first opened up and have been back weekly ever since, no need to go anywhere else. They have products you don’t find at your average smoke shop. I tried all of the Yaya’s and find them to be way better than breeze & the other disposable vapes. They come in 3 different sizes in a multitude of different flavors to try. Truly a one stop shop with a large selection for whatever you need. They are truly the nicest owners, and nicest family I have ever met. They are so warm and welcoming and make you feel like your a part of their family. Best customer service & a quality selection. You can’t go wrong.
