I forget the guys name but he knows who he is and he was very helpful. I wanted to go with something slightly cheap and he warned me it wasn't gonna be useful to me, brought it home, sure enough, it didn't fit my needs. I brought it back and the guy set me up right just to see a customer happy. Got some chill staff.

Went in for a bowl piece. Was surprised by how none were over 50 that includes artists made. I found one I've only seen the glass work style of on sculptures. It involves melting 100 small multi colored pieces and blending them into shape while keeping colors separate not fused. Large size bowl and I only paid 15. If you don't go here than you're just screwing yourself. Owner and bri were very nice. Will forever shop here and here alone.

I found this store in April of 2018 after just perusing around on Google Maps for a Vape Store open on a Sunday. I walked in and was met by Sal, a longtime employee of VIP and one of the best. First impressions are everything, and now it's 7 months later and this is the ONLY store I go to for my vaping needs. Their selection is off the charts and their prices make it a one stop shop that you'll be pleased with after you've left. Since coming to the store, I've met other employees and became friends with them. For example, Jacob and Ali. They are very personable and friendly and fun to talk to. I'm always greeted with a "Hey, what's up man?!" and a handshake when I walk in. This store actually CARES about customer service. I recommend that anyone who Vapes should go here. Don't take my word for it though, go and check it out for yourself! Tell them Austin sent you.

I sat outside reading this shops reviews.Finding that there are several complaints about not opening on time. Well, still sitting here on Sunday 12/23 still waiting for them to open at 10am. It's now 10:27am. I noticed a fee cars (same cars) driving past the front, guess they're waiting for them to open too. I won't wait any longer. This will not be my store. Not a good first impression VIP Smoke & Vape.

I came from City Smoker in Westland and I came here to hopefully end my rounds around town looking for a 14mm banger. Rest assured this store ended my search and had a really vast supply of glass/metal oil accessories. Will be coming here in the future for my wax needs.

Just tried to charge me double what other smoke shops. I was a regular customer. Not anymore. Never again. Made my purchase for the usual price at a gas station. Speedway is much better.

Needed information on product put on hold then disconnected called back, mind you 25 or more miles away.
Asked did they carry product was told let me check yes we have it.
VIP didn't have product so I ask why would you say we have it, bs answer.
I did make a purchase will never return to VIP.
I said to the male employee or owner that I do not live across the street.
Buyer beware if you call and are told hold so I may check and then yes we have it.

Hands down, best smoke shop/tobacconist out there. There are many other smoke shops in my area (Farmington/Commerce area), however I will always make the drive down to Livonia for their prices, selection, and most of all customer service. Eddie is the man to talk to about vaporizers, ecigs, etc... He and his staff have a wealth of knowledge and have no issue answering any and all questions you have. If you appreciate quality WITH quantity, this is the place to go, no question about it. And for any doubters I am NOT employed with VIP, I have been going there for 7 years now, for all the aforementioned reasons. Thanks for all the great service guys!
