I called to ask about a type of wrap and he told me he'd check if I'd wait. I said it was fine. I spent ten minutes listening to him check out customers patiently and was fine. At the end I heard him tell a girl she was awesome and laugh as he came back to the phone - he hung up without ever checking on the wraps I asked for or even checking to see if I was still there. After he asked me to wait and I did so patiently and politely. Horrible customer service...

I was trying to find a coil for my voopoo Vinci but too no luck with other stores, I came to this store and Matt was super helpful!! He got me set up with compatible coil and stayed to make sure it worked with my device. All and all will definitely come back in just because of the great services. Big shoutout to Matt

Their humidor is very well stocked with quality, high end cigars. The prices are quite reasonable. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. Smoker's Depot has become my go to cigar shop. No need to go anywhere else.

Would I was sold a wax vaporizer but I needed a dryer vaporizer the manager helped me 1st by trying to make my original purchase work and then when that didn't work she gave me even exchange for a more expensive vaporizer. Each time Megan was kind and helpful! She followed up with the owners as she said she would. I was so frustrated and Megan made it such an easy actually enjoyable experience. They have a large selection at fair prices. But for me what makes me come back to a store is the level of customer service & they're spectacular!!

Bought a starter kit here. Had multiple issues with it. The staff each time were so helpful and friendly. Gave me good advice and had the patience to deal with me. Thank you to all the staff there!

I enjoy the casual feeling around the store, but at the same time, the employees generally are friendly and helpful with any questions you may have. It's a tragedy that so much of their business is being forced out with Whitmer's new bill looming overhead, hopefully the people speak loud enough to enact results.

Don't fall for "discounts". Second time now in a month some thing was labeled clearance or 40% off and, when the owner looked up what he paid, told me he would need to charge full price because "he wouldnt be making any money" Ok, then don't have it in the section marked 40%off. Similar situation with another product shortly thereafter. I purchased a product made from glass and he didnt wrap it up (as they have every other time) I had to ask and was met with annoyance. Its a coin flip as to whether you have a pleasant experience or leave upset. It appears the owner (or at least manager) is the problem. The other clerks are very helpful and on point. Not the female that works there. She seems to not want to be there. Thats my rant. Sorry.

You have what I need and are close. Prices are super high though. Good customer service.
