Good selection and prices but they do not stand behind their products. Bought a green monkey grinder, ground about a quarter ounce of flower and it broke. Took it in the next day and they acted like I did something wrong by even bringing it back. No refund or exchange or even a discount on a new one. Was a pretty disappointing experience

Worst experience ever. Bought a $50 vape pen, the Smok novo x pod about 3 weeks ago. It stopped working on pod #2. I called and spoke with owner. First she said "sorry outside 30 days we can't do anything". I said I think it may have been 3 weeks, she then said "we dont have any return policy. It worked when you left the store"
What a joke. Take your business elsewhere. Quick to sell you something, and not stand behind it.
Update. I went online to eightvape and paid half-price and got a two year warranty. Good luck with your bs store encounters.

I'm not super knowledgeable about vaping. My roommate usually does all that. But being away from home i needed a new pen. The young lady working greeted me right away and was awesome in helping me pick the right one. Very good first impression and experience.
