Went to purchase a Ooze Rechargeable Battery for cartridges and the first one I bought was a defective battery. So, I went in the very next day. They pulled up my account, saw that I'd purchased it the previous day, and exchanged another for it, but not without testing the new one right in front of me. Excellent Customer Service. The environment is so welcoming. As soon as you walk in, you are made to feel like one of the crew. Doesn't matter what you need or why you're there, the staff welcome you like one of their own right away. The staff are confident and composed, indicative of a high level of comfort and knowledge with both the product and their customer base. The team seems very well-meshed and understanding of each of their areas of expertise and can lean on each other to provide a higher level of service than any one individual could provide alone.
The selection is very wide, for any vape user, and suggestions and feedback are welcomed and taken in stride.
Very solid environment any new vaper or veteran of the field to walk into.
I'll be returning here for my vape needs regularly and I recommend the place to anyone looking.
