Smoking Clouds is a great store with great customer service. Muhammad, the owner is very friendly and so nice. He has the BEST prices on Juul pods. $21.00 for a 4 pack. And that's after tax! I highly recommend going here.

Very nice owner, amazing prices! He pulled out a whole bunch of pens for us to look at. A vape pen was about $10 (!!) less than what i purchased the same one for in San Antonio. Lots of beautiful well-priced glassware too — some really nice pink pieces which are somewhat difficult color to find!

I walked into this store looking for a hookah that would offer me a professional smoke and some fruity flavors. Mohammed the shop owner not only directed me to some of his top notched hookahs, but got me set up with all the start up tools I needed to have a good time with my friends.
He really made sure that the product I needed was accounted for without the need for overselling which I appreciated. I even got a water for the walk home on the house.
I recommend anyone in the area who may have questions or are in need of an ample selection to go here. He has hookahs of all costs and qualities as well as great tobacco.

Accidentally ran across this establishment tonight, and it was the best decision ever! Since moving to Baltimore, I have been searching for a place to buy cheap juul pods because the prices are atrocious. Thankfully, I found Smoking Clouds. Just from my first encounter with the owner, I could tell he was so, so sweet, and was an absolute delight to talk with. I stocked up, and I cannot wait to visit again. I already posted on my social medias for people to visit, because I know others who have been searching as well.

This store is awesome, Excellent customer service, The guy Muhammad who owns the store is very nice and very helpful. They sell Everything you need from vuse pens, cigarettes, Glass pieces, vapes and TONS of other nicely made things and all kinds of accessories. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone who doesnt want to deal with shockers or other places that are run down and overrated this place is amazing. I will always be a forever customer.
