MY EXPERIENCE AT 4 TREES WAS TYPICAL FOR HANCOCK. NO WONDER THESE BUSINESSES DONT MAKE IT! &I AM ALL FOR SUPPORTING LOCAL! THIS TOWN NEEDS EVERY BIT IT CAN GET!
I've been here since the game room days when Main St was shop deprived and deserted!
But, MY EXPERIENCE :
I came in with my vape, the box I bought it in and the manual. I exclaimed that I had never bought coils for it yet but that I think it's what was needed and please help! SHE AGREES, telling me it tastes burnt when they need to be replaced. This gave me that much more confidence in her word. As always, I'm the super friendly type and spark up conversation. Explaining how I just moved back, went to high-school here and asking her how old she was and other things about herself. She was just super sweet and wanted to help however she could.
I had no idea what I was looking for. The young girl at the counter went over my manual and picked out that in which she thought I needed. Well, unfortunately for me and my trusting self- she was wrong. And after spending 50 on coils and vape juice, I really needed that money to get the RIGHT ONES.
I just moved back, finances are tight (thus why I quit smoking) &was awaiting my start date for work. When I go to return them, she tried to accommodate by calling her boss, the owner, to see what can be done. I say yes please.
The women on the phone then proceeds to tell me how the store is covered in signs that say no returns. I exclaim how I understand her usual policy and I wouldn't otherwise ask of this but that I came to them as the professionals, made it clear I wasn't sure and sought out help! I wouldn't have bought them if not advised to do so. if I had came in and decided for myself without seeking any insight from the place that should know, that would be on me.
You would think she would take responsibility for her employees. In understanding the full situation, take the loss for a continued customer especially seeing as though it wouldn't be much for her. She continued to give me 101 reasons why she couldn't help me. So I politely cut her off after she gave me a "listen!" So I responded with, no that's okay I guess we have nothing to talk about if you can't help me, and gave the girl her phone back.
I hope $20 was worth losing more than one local customer seeing as though my boyfriend use to go here too. Smh.

I purchased an item, according to cashier it what I was looking for,after opening it found out it wasn't, I went immediately back,(I only live 3 buildings down)& they told me they were closing for the day & they wouldn't exchange or even give me store credit!

They're very informative, They have a large inventory of product for your every need. Great location and I would suggest you buy your products from 4 trees and not copy cat vendors in the area. Looking forward to some màrketing talks with the owners of this great establishment. Greatly recommend you visit 4 trees, inovators of the future in CBD products n more.

Nice,clean little shop but they have a little of everything so there's a broad selection of things to choose from..The prices are very reasonable & affordable.. I've been happy with the quality etc of all the products I've purchased so far.

First time I went there, they were closed during normal hours and there was no notice or anything saying why. But this place has definitely made up for that since then, every time I go in, I am greeted immediately, the lady owner is very knowledgeable on her products especially the Kratom which is very helpful to me because that's what I go in for. The prices on bigger sizes are better than any other place I been too. Definitely my Go-To place for kratom now
