Yes I am a very loyal customer I go in there quite often I have bought many products with them they’ve always been really nice well the other day I I went in there to buy a ooze cruze Vape battery got in my car started charging it did not work so I figured I’d give it a day to charge well it did not work the product never came on to get right out of the package never came on and instead of treating their customer right and exchanging it not saying I wanted to refund just exchange it for something that actually works there would not do anything! When I called the lady was rude.I believe in customer care if you don’t treat your customers right then you’re not gonna have business and everybody should know that they’re a joke at customer service and that’s not even right pretty soon there’s gonna be plenty of smoke shops open and we won’t even have to go to that one one with people that care about their customers like blaze does
