Owner seems nice when you're spending money. When you have questions about your device or the products that were purchased from his store, not helpful at all! I'll be going online to see if I can find customer service for the device purchased at his store.

I love this place! Hands down the best vape shop in north Louisiana! Will knows his stuff and his whole crew is super accommodating. Don't see a flavor you want? Tell them and if they can't make it, they'll order it! Their mods are very reasonably priced. I just can't put into words how awesome this place is! If you vape and you don't shop here, what are you doing with your life?!

Got my newest vape from, "Great American Vapes". They helped me out a lot. After a few weeks I needed some more e-liquid, and they gladly made something to my request. It was personal a horrible juice I chose. With their great customer service. They recommended a a better choice. The recommendation was honestly amazing and I plan to keep buying it. CODE RED FAN!

The girl behind the counter was polite, friendly, and helpful. The guy next her trying to educate me in etiquette was not appreciated whatsoever.
When the girl behind the counter asked how I was doing, I replied I'm doing fine and told her what product I was looking for. I suppose because I didn't ask how her day was as well, was incentive for this guy become her knight in shining armor and educate me on etiquette and impress the girl ten times out of his league.
I was never rude or curt, I wasn't feeling 100% that day was simply trying to get in and out quickly. Next time I'll drive the extra distance and go to Tiger Vapes or Buku and skip the white knight and his unnecessary and quite unjustified lesson in manners.
