25 years smoking. 5 weeks only vaping. Nice guys at the ruston store. Had an issue with a coil, they showed me how to fix it next time. Knowledgable people and always ready to help and inform. If your considering switching, visit this store they will help you. They will continue to help after you bought device and such. I have gone back because of the customer service.

I've never been disappointed when I shop here. The prices are great, they have a good selection of juice so they have something for everybody, and the other products such as mods, tanks, and RDAs are worth every penny. And the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable about the stuff they sell

Extremely helpful and wonderful service. Told the worker this afternoon what I was looking for and she showed me all possible products and gave me information on all of them. This may have actually been the best service I’ve ever had from a vape shop. Management, promote this girl! If I was from the area, I would be a regular!

Amazing customer service and very helpful staff! I don't use any other vape shop now that I've come across Vape escape. Some products may be able to purchased cheaper online BUT you don't get the service this shop offers and they stand behind their products. Buying online you aren't always guaranteed quality products and you have to wait on them to be shipped to you. If you're in Ruston I highly recommend stopping in and checking them out. If nothing else you will get a smile and great conversation. Great selection of juices on their premium line and house line and great selections of mods and tanks!

Absolutely love this place! The staff is very nice and helpful! I drive 25 miles for all of my vaping needs!!! I smoked for over 15 years and thanks to the vape escape I haven't smoked a cigarette in nearly 1 year! I always look forward to seeing what's new each time I go and checking out all the specials!! They always have SEVERAL juice specials every time I go in. I don't and won't shop at any other vape shop!! I highly recommend The Vape Shop!
