Should change their name to Cresent city CBD or Cresent City Head shop. Very small selection of juice compared to the amount of CBD and head shop products. They have 2 display cases for vapes one is juice the other is mods. Very few of the juices are in 3, most are either 0 or 6. Workers didn't seem to knowledgeable of the vape juices they had either. Used to be a good store.

I usually get my vaping products online, but I desperately needed a new vaping pen immediately. We went into this shop and love the atmosphere. It is a very small space, but the gentleman working the counter was very friendly and knowledgeable of the products. I used to vape every once in a while but now I was looking to try the new CBD oil (which they carry) to help with my shoulder pain. Not only was clerk patient with me trying to figure out the right device for me, he took the time to show the difference between a few, their features, etc. He also pointed me to the items I was looking for. He did not push sales to try and get more money out of me. Rather, he provided amazing customer service. I will definitely be back again for future needs!! Plus the quality of the products I purchased (The eGo AIO D16 Vape Pen, Caterpillar Juice and 100mg CBD oil) are very high quality compared to other brands I used and fairly priced. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Go to the shop all the time. Have always been very helpful. Called today because my uber was running late. Tell them IL be ther at 705 when they close at 7. Get there at 705 he tells me his register is closed. I ask for management. He says hes it. Any management I know would have taken my money. Jonathan you lost a customer for life.

I stopped in today looking for juices and possibly new hardware. I was greeted by friendly staff and a large selection of hardware that was a little more than I had bargained for. The gentleman who helped me was extremely knowledgeable about the products I was interested in, and answered all the questions I had very thoroughly. I already had a vape setup, but these were a bit more technical than the one I already had.
When it came time to look at juices, they carried a brand I liked but not the particular flavor. They took me over to the sample area where they let me try at least a dozen different flavors that were similar to the one I was looking for.
In the end I wound up with new hardware and two new flavors of juices that I thoroughly enjoy. One of those flavors is even made right here in New Orleans! (Buy Local!)

I had to replace my Vape pen, I don't vape much so I had a Budget. I met Patrick who works there. (I hope I spelled his name right) It was honestly like walk I g into a close Friends place. I kinda forgot i did noy know him. He was Out of his way Helpful full and answering every Question people were asking. 4 people and he made you feel like a Friend. He made sure I knew how to use the new pen, And put in the coil. And he made sure the Juice I was getting was one I 100% enjoyed.

The experience at Crescent City Vape was one of the most enjoyable shopping excursions I've had in quite awhile. The owners are incredibly friendly and are willing to walk you through the pros/cons of anything you look at. I was a smoker for 10+ years and since picking up e-cigs I have now been 8 months entirely cigarette free. Their store helped a lot on the journey and I highly recommend them to anyone wanting to do the same!
