My boyfriend just bought a bong about an hour ago at 10pm from euphoria smoke and vape. We get home to try the bong and there is absolutely zero airflow. It’s impossible to use at all. Just called them at 11pm to try to see if they had any advice to resolve this issue, the first worker who answered claimed to be a manager said we can come back right now and have her test it out in order to get a refund. We asked if we can come in tomorrow morning because it is 11pm at night, she said no we only have a 24 hour policy- even though that would still be considered 24 hours. We hang up and call again to try and speak with the man who sold it to us who’s name was Caleb and he ends up being the one to answer. He then proceeds to tell us we can’t get a refund at all because it is a bong and they only refund disposable devices and continues saying that there is nothing they can do to help. We just wasted our money on a piece of useless glass that does not work at all and this shop has fully taken advantage of us.

Literally never has parts for vapes they recommend. We go in and are treated like we’re stupid. Asked about a specific juice and was told they would look into ordering some so I didn’t have to drive an hour to buy it. The vape store down the street, vapor viper, has not only ordered all of our parts they also are getting the juice in stock. Took down my boyfriends info and is going to contact him. Also provided tanks for the vapes that they recommended and sold to us after months of searching for them. Hate this place. Literally a joke and rip off.

I went in asking about Disposables, then I end up being scammed into buying a rip off disposable.
Started hissing and popping on its own, then stopped working alltogether right out of the box. Never even got to use it. Waste of $24 and they were advertising it like it was the best one.
