The best vape shop in Kentucky. I drive over 20 minutes just to go here. Staff are great and very helpful. I’ve been trying to stop cigs for years and they have helped me step down in nicotine. They made sure I stepped down in strength slow enough that I didn’t feel it at all. (My family is glad I’m not snapping at everything. Like I did when I tried to quite on my own.)
10/10 would recommend.

I’ve never had an issue here before today. The blonde working today(who I’ve never seen before) was very unhelpful and a bit rude. My vape crapped out last night and I went in for help or if they could see what was wrong. All she did was tell me to buy one thing or another. She had no experience or knowledge about the products or vape in general. IF I come back I hope she isn’t the one working. The other woman who is usually there is always great, always helpful.

I've been here before and had good customer service but my recent visit was not so good. Lady was uninterested in actually helping, had to get her to help me and she was irritable with me and dismissive. I needed help getting the right coil for my vape after I gave her the information on which coil I needed she gave me the wrong one and when I brought it back she kept repeating "no refunds no refunds" without letting me ask to just get me the right one and I would pay for it. She realized after looking at the coil she gave me was the wrong one and let me trade for the right coil and apologized so I'll give her the benefit of the doubt. When I took the coil home it still didn't work. Just a sign to quit vaping overall there's better vape stores with people much nicer more informed and actually want to give you a good customer experience. Maybe just a bad day for her but makes me not want to come back.

Well i used to love this place. But now not so much because every time i visit there always out of either my juice or my coils and it's really starting to get annoying and yes there prices are about the best in Frankfort but jeez keep your shelves stocked and if it's a problem with the vendors, get new vendors, and if that means the prices go up a little so be it. Because i don't mind paying a little more if it means you'll always have it when i need it.

We went in to grab my husband a new vape and coils. While he was looking I decided to go to the restroom. As I came out the employee said ma'am our bathroom is closed due to covid. Um....there we NO signs up stating that. So put up some signs. Also, you took my card with no issue touching it, nor with your square place screen that I signed with my finger that you don't clean after each use. So yeah, may want to start doing that before you chase me down!!!

Was in need of vape juice today. The hours listed says they are open until 6PM on Sundays. I arrived at 5:48, and they were closed. Another customer was already there and was surprised it was already closed. With three other vape shops in town, one would think they would want all the business they can get.

They have a new guy working there and he was very helpful and took care of me quickly and professionally. It was a good experience as usual. No problems. They have a wide variety of vapes and juices. The ones I have chosen are very pleasant.

The people that work there are great and very helpful. They have a good selection of juices. Prices on mods are a little higher than other places. They always go above and beyond to make sure they have what I want.

DO NOT SHOP HERE.Would rate zero stars if possible. recently got a bottle of E juice here,asked for a 6 MG and was given a 25 by a sales rep who knew NOTHING about what was going on. Upon noticing this and attempting to make a swap I was refused. Nicotine is a poison and The lack of knowledge here could literally KILL YOU. shop elsewhere.
