Went to get a nectar collector and the salesman was more about the sale than the question asked and I tried to return it with the receipt still in the bag I was informed that they didn't take return even though it wasn't used at all , and I wasn't informed that there wasn't no return on the collector when they sold it to me .....

I recently went in and bought a glass pipe that went through a bubble of water. It was cool looking and i ask the manager if it was a bubbler. And just to confirm he knew.what i meant by "bubbler", went on to ask if it bubbled when it was being used. He told me yes. Not once, but twice. It was $19.99 plus tax. As soon as i got it to the car, without loading it, hit the empty pipe and it didnt bubble at all. It was just a regular pipe going through a cool water bubble. The manager was at that point outside the store right in front of my car smoking his vape so I asked him if I could have a refund for the money I spent on a pipe that he told me was a bubbler. He said no and it all sales are final. And to make it even worse as soon as I did get a home and loaded it it broke trying to load it so I never even got to use it. I feel you should have refunded my money since he was the one that told me that it was a bubbler. Therefore he straight out lied to me. But all jokes on me I guess.

Very nice customer service.When I spend my hard earned money anywhere I'd like to shop at a customer friendly establishment. It makes me not mind doing buisness with the place. It's not to expensive either like other smoke shops. 👍

went to see what their new store was like bcuz they just recently move into the larger side of the same building!! the layout is better and the employees were great...when they asked if there was anything I wanted them to get me and I replied" yes one of everything and cani get it delivered?!?" everyone laughed making it a 5 star

DO NOT SHOP HERE! They buy cheap and broken stuff, mark it up 500% and then sell it to you. They refuse to exchange broken, defective, and unusable products. You're simply wasting your money. Buy online, better products and much much cheaper.
