This guy, Charles, was not a good assistance in Lucky's Shop. I'm deaf and he needs to communicate with me or talk louder so I can hear him. If I asked something, just say "okay" or "got it." Communication is the key, dude! I asked for a 15 mil of juice, he literally just walked back in there and out of my sight without saying anything. I can sense that he was frustrated inside with me.
When Charles was still in the back, I walked to the register and said in lower voice, "you gotta communicate better so you wouldnt get frustrated. I'm sorry that I'm deaf." He asked "what was that?" and so I told that I didnt say anything because he seemed that he trying pick up the fight.

After a bad experience a year ago I decided to give them another chance. I bought a device from them and after a few months I needed a replacement part I went to them and bought a new tank and coil only to find out that I needed another part replaced when I went back they said we don't sell just that part you need a whole new vape and although you just bought those other pieces and now have to spend another 35 we won't give you any type of discount guess I was wrong to give them another chance
