The weekend clerk is amazing i've never had a more wonderful experience coming into a vape shop. He's so very helpful, he knows what he's talking about when asked questions and he's all around a nice guy.

Laid back store, the owner, Eric is cool to talk to and seems very caring. He specifically gets in things customers ask for and that is amazing, not very many shops do that for just anyone. Plus his shop seems to be the only one keeping around rebuildables whereas everyone is doing away with RDAs and wire. Definitely plan to be back and would love to hangout at this store!

Hands down best shop in the kc area. Most friendly staff and great selection. This is always the place I go when I'm in the area. Would highly recommend anyone who hasn't been to stop in ! And if your a pastry flavor vaper check out the 101 it's literally the best

My friend and I were turned away from several vape shops in the area because they did not have the coil I needed. Or have the knowledge of what coil was needed
The guy there knew exactly what I needed and even let us take the coil home to try for no cost. Will be back this is a really a good shop. It looks like they also do custom 3d printing which is neat.

Joey helped me with my Vape. I thought was broken. He could of sold me a new mod. But instead he took extra moment to help me instead! My coil was missing connection. He explained how the mod I had was designed! I went home and did as he said! Bingo! Working.

Stopped in to find a replacement for my death sticks. I was Greeted promptly when I walked in, I told them what I was looking for. Tried one they suggested. Really liked it and decided to go for it. Also bought a new vape and some extra coils for it. The individual that helped me was friendly and answered my questions. Quick visit over my lunch, and got exactly what I needed. Not far from my house and work, will be going back again.

The person in charge was very rude, he acted like he didn't want to assist me and asked me where my mask was as he slipped his on, so ridiculous! Bad experience all the way around.
And to add to that, there were other people in the store so instead of arguing you should just agree that is what happened, you are the one with the cameras, anyway, yes that is fine I know what's going on in the world but you didn't have to be a jerk and talk to me the way you did.

Bought a vape there. Asked the owner about his price considering the online prices were less than half. He said he was firm so I figured why not I wanted it and it was the first place I checked. Bought it and I've literally seen it cheaper at every other vape store I've been to. I was the only customer and the two people working didn't seem to have time for me. Almost like I was buying a toy and they didn't have time for me. So a regular comes in at the end and they treat him like family and almost ignore me because my simple questions after the purchase are time consuming. I have never had a bad experience at any other store. I regret giving this store and it's arrogant workers money. You live, you learn and you don't shop at this store.
