My wife and I went in last night looking for a new mod and tank. I really had no idea what I was looking for, but the gentleman behind the counter was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. No question was too dumb, and he answered every single one without fail. He had me try several diffeeent mods and tanks, and I finally decided to go with the Uwell ironfist with the Crown 3 tank and coil. The flavor is amazing on this tank! I love my new mod and tank! I never felt pressured to buy a certain mod or tank. This is also what we loved about the store, the atmosphere is so laid back and easy going. He was an honest straight shooter, and that's rare nowadays. My wife and I will definitely be back, we've found our new vape shop!

After going to about every Vape store in town, Hotspot Vapes is BY FAR the best. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. LOTS of flavors... both house juices and premium juices for awesome prices. Also, they don't try to upsell you into some ridiculous vape that's more than you need. So many of the vape shops around Overland Park are just about how much $$ they can squeeze out of you. Hotspot Vapes cares about their customers and treats every customer like they are number one. I wish I could give Hotspot Vapes more than just five stars.

There is no better Vape store or no better people than you'll find at Hotspot Vapes. Truly Joe and Deb are some of the best people you will ever meet and their passion for customer service is like going back in time to a full service gas station complete with an attendant asking "Regular or Hi-Test?".

Great Mom and Pop shop in a city full of representatives of corporate America. I bought two of their "signature" vape juices which they make in the store, (pinacolada and vanilla bean) both of which I enjoyed a great deal. To give you an idea of the quality, I had SEVERAL people tell me that they enjoyed the smell of the vanilla bean flavor. I've been vaping for four years and prior to this I'd never had anyone comment of the smell when I was doing so in their presence. I have made Hotspot Vapes my only place for buying vape supplies
