Causal vape user for four years... every day user for three months. Fourth vape shop I've visited, third in Kansas City. Spoke with John who was very helpful. Direct service (which I prefer) where you are served, as opposed to buffet style. Very aware of their products and knowledgeable about the industry, and willing to share. Gave direct advice when asked. Juice is distinctive, well crafted. Had exactly what I wanted and readily available. I was comfortable with cleanliness procedures. Will return and recommend! What a great place to Vape! Jonny was so helpful and polite. The best environment for a vape store in all of Olathe. They really respect customers and appreciate your business enough to even keep the store open a few extra minutes (because I walked in at 5 minutes til close).
