I came here due to getting an old vape at Brady mart.. the lady at Brady mart referred me over to this location because the particular vape I purchased were all old and leaking, I went to essentials to grab a new vape and the lady was not friendly at all! She did not greet me just in a skidish way asked “can I help you” Being a store manager for a well known retail store, I was instantly unimpressed. The lack of customer service this young lady had with me and I’m sure with others was so unprofessional! I asked questions to engage in conversation I tried to get her to have but she was not interested. This was a very uncomfortable 10 minutes. 2 other customers came In and I had to transfer money over so I told her she could help them while I did my transfer. She just looked at the 2 girls and with no emotion asked what they wanted. These girls, did not look of age and were not asked for ID. After they left I did my transaction since I talked myself into trying a strawberry ice in addition. Since I wasn’t asked if I wanted the receipt I asked if she would like me to try both of them there, and with a annoyed response of “ I mean if you want to make sure they are good” I tried them quickly and got the heck out of there because at this time I’m fuming inside at the approach and customer service I just received. Hopefully this gets resolved and even if there is no store policy as to how you greet every single customer who walks thru that door, as the owner and DM I would hope you would make a exception and expect your employees to have some sort of fun interaction with your clients. Unfortunately, I will never go back to this location again

Stopped in tonight CJ took excellent care of my vape needs. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for Delta products or nicotine 🫶🫶🫶

The staff know their stuff. Was a little optimistic at first due to there age (I'm just old it seems to be the case 🤣🤣)! Keep up the good work !!

Bought a vape from here because my store was out. I got to the car and it didn't work. I went back in and she said "we have an out the door policy" I asked if there was ANYTHING she could do. She says "nope absolutely nothing I can do" Like why didn't you tell me about "the policy" when I was in the store.. You're literally ripping people off. I will literally never recommend this vape store.
