Katie the Mgr in overland park is very helpful professional and informative. She has cleaned and regulated my current device and with her good information I found a new device that i like better. I highly recommend! The juice is top notch!

tallways friendly. The store is spacious and quiet from the noise of the street . The staff is knowledgeable about their product and willing to go the extra mile. I go to this location when I'm in CB and another location in Benson since it's near my place. I don't have a preference since they both handle my needs efficiently and are friendly. I love talking to the staff and never feel like I'm just another customer. Benson is a fourth their size and is a bit more corner store than this location. I would recommend this location if you want more selection of mods, juices and accessories. They have all of their stock lined up on the walls and in glass cases so it's easy to see and they are willing to show you what's in the package.

I went there on Saturday, and Austin helped me. He was a very funny guy, knows how to do his job very well, and if I had more money, I would show up every day and hope to have him help me again! I feel very welcomed, and as a first time vaper, I would suggest him to help all of my friends!

I went to the new store in Manawa last week and didn't get regular customer service I've grown accustomed to at all the other stores I visit. Usually I have really good conversations and everyone there is happy go lucky. I would try to talk to the associate but was either greeted with very short answers or no response at all. Even at the register it was this way. I understand people have bad days.I don't want to put you in blast but Logan you should work on your customer service skills. However I won't take away from all the great experiences that I have always had do to one bad experience. I highly recommend you guys and will never go anywhere else. Thank you. I actually go to the Omaha stores more often then C.B. stores but they are all great.

I quit vaping 2 years ago, and am starting back up. Colleen helped me weed out my obsolete gear, save what was worth saving (she even cleaned it all for me!) and made excellent recommendations for what I needed. In short, I got some of the best customer service I have ever received in any business establishment. I can't recommend them highly enough!

Had a problem with one leaking, went back several times , but they have great customer service, always friendly and helped me trouble shoot, switched out device for me! I am hoping this one doesn't leak, but i cannot say enough about how well i was treated! Thanks to all the employee's and assistant manager for making things right!
