My second time there and everyone was friendly. However it would be nice if there was a phone number listed. I live in Denison and they gave me the wrong product. I didn't realize until I got back home. I wanted coils and they gave me new pods.

It's a very welcoming environment. They have already decorated for Halloween and I LOVE IT. They have incense, and patches and stickers, besides their main attractions. They have a really good selection, and it's fun to be in there.

I bought 2 vapes for 68 dollars and the 1 i liked tasted disgusting. I went back in to exchange it and the big lady working said because I walked out of the store she wouldn't exchange. Terrible customer service and they don't even know what the vape flavors taste like. Should have knowledge of products you are selling. Do not recommend.

Typical attitude of the young ones today, the girls seem self absorbed, & frequently reluctant to assist. While well mannered, the girls are slow to respond & then dont stop previous activity of cell phone entertainment while assisting me. It's a 45 minute drive which late-night was for nothing as when I arrived at 650, the store was closed.

The employees never know what they are doing. They don’t know what accessories go to what devices, and they also don’t even order the right accessories for the devices they sell. So any time we go in, they are constantly pulling out the wrong coils for the wrong pens. They dig through every box because they don’t even know what is compatible with what. I really hope the owner fixes this. If you don’t know how to run a store, don’t try to run it.
