I love Altoona Smoke & Vape. They are a new vape shop to the Altoona area. I decided to try them out despite my loyalty to Central Iowa Vapors (CIV). I wound up liking Altoona Smoke & Vape more, and I have not been back to CIV since. Always a pleasant experience in Altoona Smoke & Vape with staff that are friendly and knowledgeable. Also, the prices are great. They have a punchcard system that gets you $10 off your next purchase after completing 10 punches IIRC.
I am always hoping to find specific information in reviews so I will list what I know Altoona Smoke & Vape has off the top of my head as of the 21st of NOV 2022. Obviously they have much more than this but I have a terrible memory.

All I know is they carry the original Caliburn pods since that is what I buy. I would assume they also carry pods for all the pod devices they sell.
I am unfamiliar with the freebase e-liquids or any tobacco products they carry because I don't shop for those products.
TL;DR: Overall, great shop. The shop is clean, has friendly staff, and good prices. Don't bother going anywhere else.

Suggestion: Make more use out of your website. At least list what products you carry!

Competitive Pricing on Mods. Vape Juice is limited and what's on the shelves is somewhat expensive. Would shop around town for better selections.

I do customer service surveys. I went to the bcaoe store. I was greeted right away, I asked to see a certain type vape juice and was given the first two box’s that had bottles for each flavor. The juice was dark orange and I asked to see newer bottles on the shelf. I didn’t count them but 10-15. He refused to show me the bottles in any of the boxes. I turned down the sale. As a consumer I should get to pick what I buy. Thanks

WOW.... just WOW! I’m an EAST COAST girl new to IOWA & this is what I call a REAL SMOKE SHOP ( east coast term) I’m so glad the Midwest is catching up to SPEED with the changing times and lifestyles. The CREW here are all courteous and helpful. I’m happy to have found them in my town I call home now. Every time I stop by.... they’ve LEVELED UP/& added new products to the inventory.
