Everytime I come here the workers are kinda rude. They don't try to help unless asked, very short with you and just have that unpleasant air about them. You walk in and immediately feel like you're imposing on them because they just look annoyed.

Very nice place to get your vape needs! They gave me free stuff which is always a plus when you're shopping; pleasant staff too! I'll definitely be back.

I found a new hidden treasure. As soon as I walked in I was in love place is nicely stocked and organized. Customer service was A1 they we able to assist my cousin and I and inform us on the best products to get for our bucks. I am in love with this place. A must see!!! When you go there see Magic Man he’s so awesome.

The owner was very nice and patient with me and my friend. We were new to these types of products and the owner took his time to explain and answer every question we had (we had many!). His responses were clear and through. He used examples and showed us the various products and showed that he trusted his customers (unlike some places who act suspicious). I would definitely return if I wanted a product like the one's at this store.

This store is awesome. They have so much great stuff. The customer service was fantastic. I will definitely go back for more. The prices was better then where I go. Found my new store.

Its a shame that people can't build and open up stores to improve this town. The people that own this establishment are so nice. They try to help thier customers to thier fullest extent. Yet the kids these days only want to distroy anything and everything. I would recommend this place and have to anyone looking for a good pizza at a good price or any of your smoking needs. Great people.

We have been going to this shop for several months, each time spending $60 to $70. The batteries on the vape pens we purchased would quit after a month or so. We kept going back because of the customer service. The gentleman would say he would take good care of us because we were good customers. 5 days ago we spent $82 on a new style of vape with replaceable batteries to avoid the problem of the internal batteries stopping charging. We placed the tank on the unit and 5 days later the bolt that holds the tank is coming loose. We took it to the store with a receipt. We were told "we must have screwed it on wrong" although we hadn't. The threads seemed to be bad and the tank would just spin and not tighten all the way. The employee messed with it a little bit admitting the unit was messed up and was a manufacturing issue. He basically handed it back to us and shrugged his shoulders and told us since it worked "sometimes" they wouldn't do anything about it. We will be spending our money elsewhere from now on. I will go somewhere else and buy a unit that works. It is ridiculous that they wouldn't stand behind a sale that was less than a week old. What they will lose in sales to us and anyone we know will far out weigh what it would have cost them to make this right.

I’ve been coming here since they opened. A wonderful selection of juul pods and other cool items. Great staff, Lisa is the best and I always try to go in when she’s working because she knows so much. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Lisa is absolutely the best! Customer service is absolutely amazing and her knowledge of every single product is stellar! I have had exceptional service and will always do my business here at Lordz!

Came here on several occasions and its always been a pleasant experience. The workers are so chill and very informative on products. They will continue to get the business of everyone that I refer and myself if I continue to need products lol. Please support local businesses they will not disappoint you here in Steger, IL.
