They should get some new employees, very lazy and unhelpful. Not a hard job so not understanding why I went in there just now and waited 10 mins, didn’t get acknowledged and had 4 guys there, only 2 were really working. And not very many people in the store. I never feel compelled to write a review but this isn’t the first time I’ve had this problem. I’d suggest you take your business to a place more deserving.

BEWARE-- Very dishonest about pricing BEWARE before you drive there from a far. They beat around the bush about prices just so you can come in.... Dishonest. Owner tried to sell me gummies that look dried out. Just very dishonest. I believe in treating others like you want to be treated. This is a money grab place.... This place is using uncle stus name and they don't even affiliate with them. Very dishonest
Very disappointing. Owner said to come in I called before coming and he gave a price. I told him over the phone 70 even and he said he'll work it out. Went to the ATM paid a ATM fee. Went to his shop and he charged me more than 70. I told him had I had known. I wouldn't had went to the atm. Dishonest sellers. Don't go. They are also using 2 different names for there shop and they don't affiliate with Uncle stutz

This is a great shop. Not only is the staff extremely friendly and knowledgeable, the shop is like really cool too. They have every products you can possibly think about and prices are super affordable.

Great, little headshop. This is my new go-to for kratom. I heavily prefer it to the unaffiliated shop that shares the name in Cary. Really cool selection too. Super reasonably priced. Michael is a peach. He really went the extra mile to meet my needs and I now get my kratom exclusively from here.

Uncle Stu’s in Lake Zurich. East 5 stars. Incredible customer service. Very friendly and helpful. Been there twice now and 2 for 2 with some of the best vape juice I’ve ever had. Great prices. I will go out of my way to buy my supplies here.
