Always a pleasant experience going here. The staff is highly educated and enjoy taking the time to explain things to you. I used to experience extreme anxiety when consuming anything THC related; they recommended a variety of choices to try out and I’m glad I did! The gummies are my fav since I don’t vape. They help soooo much with any physical aching. Slows my brain down enough to relax. It’s chill vibes.
Advice: have so many snacks. You will need them.

Excellent, positive energy/great vibe as soon as you walk in you are greeted with friendly, knowledgeable staff. They take the time to find out what your needs are and then help you match to the dosage and products that will be the best fit for you. Packaging is so quality and attractive (definitely perfect for gifting) layout and merchandising is great, very clean and easy to shop around. Prices are so reasonable and I’ve had great results from the products I’ve purchased so far. I’m already going to search for more on their website as they ship. They could not keep me away the next time we go to Galena! It’s on my list. Highly recommend the lavender mint pain salve omg! It has 2,000 mg CBD and 4 ounces it so amazing and effective/price is low. Anywhere I have pain it just takes it away and it smells so good relaxing. You must go check it out.

This last Monday bought a delta 10 gorilla glue along with some massage oils from this store. The gorilla glue cart leaves the worst taste in your mouth. Straight burned hemp oil taste and smell. Called to see about an exchange because I'm not in the habit of throwing $40 out the window. Was told by Robert that he was sorry about my experience and there was nothing he could do for me. Told him my wife and I shop there every other weekend and I'll have to take my business elsewhere. Robert said and I quote " ok, sorry to hear that, take care". Incredible

WOWEE! My first impression from the outside appearance of Botanicanna was good but my experience inside was far superior. Great offering, insightful service, and VERY reasonable prices. Definitely recommending to friends and family when they come out for ski trips.

It was a very clean environment when you first walked in but it being a tourist town they should have more staff available for those that will ask them a hundred and one questions. I myself are one of those people hahaha. The staff was very knowledgeable and very approachable which is something that is great to experience for your first time. There is room for improvement but since they just open their becoming very popular and it being summer time with all the tourists in town more staff would be a good idea. Alot of people like to buy and go fast , others like myself will ask the endless questions. Maybe they could have a fast check out counter for the fast customers and then have another check out section where there's a couple staff that can answer the questions for those that take longer time. Also the prices are a little on the high side. I buy my CBD online and pay less then what's in the store but overall not too bad. Maybe for there dedicated customers that come back on a regular basis have some kind of loyalty program or discount card for the regulars.

We have a 14 year old Brittany that has been struggling with going up and down stairs in his old age. We decided to try the Infusionz 5mg dog treats to see if they would help with his joint pain. After 2 days of one treat a day we saw major improvements. It was like he was a year younger. They don't make him any more lazy than he normally is. It just seems to take the edge off and allows him to live with less pain. We have been giving him them for almost 5 months and haven't needed to up the dosage at all. They are about $1 a treat so it's a dollar a day to help our little guy. Highly recommend these.
