Staff is awesome and know their products very well.. lots of kratom & quality glass with awesome prices. They unlike other stores will work with you on price if needed ..

Since coming to town recently, I've met most of the staff. They're incredibly friendly and have good prices! They didn't have the coils I need and the man working, I believe he's the owner, was kind enough to get them stocked the very next day! They have another loyal customer of me and my family. Highly recommend

I started working here a few months ago, so now I thought I would leave a review since I’m able to be fair and honest about it. The way The Vault operates is awesome. They are so fair and honest with their customers and their employees. Their products are top of the line and their prices are very reasonable, and they guarantee all the products. We are always making sure to have the latest and greatest vapes out on the market. We always give away. Free samples of new products for customer feedback before we sell it. Otherwise if it’s no good, we won’t sell it. Come, check us out.

I just left the vault in fox lake and I have to say this is the best place to go buy all your smoking needs. They've got so many options to choose from. They have what I think is the best selection of delta 9 carts I have ever seen. This is my number one place and I think everyone should go to this place for their smoking needs. Absolutely great customer service and some of the coolest guys I've ever met. Definitely a 5 star place. I promise you won't be disappointed 🤙

I have been a customer for a while now, and visit weekly. so much to look at and always changing. Very unique pieces, extremely clean. Amazing staff and owner, totally recommend stopping by its lots of fun, and you never know, you might find that one thing you didn't know you were looking for.

This is great smoke. First time in today. So many options, if they dont have it they will find it for you. I went to buy a vape and the owner Jerry straight up told me isn't wasn't that good of a brand. Saved me from a bad product and he was such a cool dude. New favorite vape shop!

I stopped in this place on my way to hospital in Vernon hills from Janesville Wisconsin I don't know how they give me the prices they do but it's definitely worth the ride on a Sunday afternoon Jerry and the rest of the staff are great people
