Sign on the front door says they open at 10 am but no one is ever there at 10am. Why not just update store hours instead of having customers show up at the stated 10am time?

I purchased a vaporizer here in December of 2020 and within that week of purchase, the battery started bulging and the device is not functional. The item has not been dropped and shows no signs of wear except for this obvious defect. I called around 2 pm that Saturday during store hours and was told to “call back this afternoon when the owner is in”. That’s a lot of money down the drain between the device and accessories I bought with it, and no attempt at resolution, other than “try calling again later”. Beyond poor customer service.

:) green smoke! I like that name and the people that works there, they are so friendly. They help me with everything I needed and I'm very HAPPY with my purchase. Plus there is this skinny dude, who knows a lot abt the product and he give me free lighter as for 1st visit . that really made me happy. So I'm differently going back to green smoke and shop more 😊

Let's start with price. It's high prices. Lots of markup, especially on water pipes. The selection is different, though. They usually have things you can't really find in Aurora. They're willing to answer questions and usually know what they're talking about but there's no such thing as browse in their dictionaries. They hover. Had to knock them down for the hovering and prices.

I went in for my vape products, everything very reasonably priced and the staff was very pleasant! Also, looking at the store they had a great variety of products. As a hookah smoker also, great products they had in stock. More than likely will be my new place where I buy my stuff!

On the website and on the front door it says they open at 10:30am. It is now 10:48am and the shop it still closed. Terrible service. Maybe they need to hire new employees that can show up on time. Or perhaps they need to update the hours of operation. This is ridiculous. Go to a different shop.
