Got a drag 2 platinum from here about a week and a day ago and it's cutting out when I'm vaping on it.. it totally cuts off.. I called in about it and the guy said there is a refund but he has to use my mod for the day. my vape cuts out and does it every once and a while.. So the guy said theyll give me one to use while theyre using mine for the day and he said he'll vape on it for a day to see what happens.. I just feel I got tossed over and spent 70 bucks and I just don't feel it's right to treat a customer by having your people use my mod for the day and im just upset and unhappy😣. My phone number is the receipt because I'm signed up in the system for you guys. Thanks.
