joe and rest of staff is great however... last time i was in there i was wantinf to got a whole dabbing bong and accessories... i was helped by the guy that looks like chum lee from pawn stars and him being annoyed by my questions and attitude wound up causing me to spend 350 bucks elsewhere and i will not be back. joe thanks for your professionalism and knowledge in helping me in past but.... chum has made me not want to come back.

I've been here more than 3 times and have always felt welcomed by the staff and have found the products I needed when I needed them. Now if i come back a 4th time, I'll let you guess what that means regarding my satisfaction. They sell hemp wraps, pipes, and a large selection of vape juices, mods, and other related products!

I LOVE THIS STORE! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I have a customer account there and I've gotten discounts, free merchandise from their point system.
The best part is, I ALWAYS forget my coil type and size and my vape juice nicotine count. They have my info of what I've bought to help me shop! Their so AWESOME!!!!!

These guys are THE BEST in the business, seriously. I have been elsewhere, but only shop at Black Lava because of thier amazing customer service! Everyone who has helped me and my husband where fast, courteous, and knowledgeable, from the owners (who are super nice people, and very cute office puppies!) to the seasoned employee, or a new hire, you can tell they are doing their very best to give you what you came for. My husband is super picky, and they helped him find his favorite flavor. I've gotten mods, juice, pipes everything from here. Never a problem except once with an order (yes, they order stuff for you if you ask 😉) but of course they immediately made it right. Thanks Black Lava, don't change a thing!

The customer service here was amazing!! They were very nice people and helped us out when my partners tank broke on our vacation. They knew we were tourists and would likely never be back but they treated us like locals.
They worked hard to try and find us a tank that took our filters and fit on the battery. I often feel at vape shops they upsell you all new parts when one breaks, but this was absolutely not the case.
They also have a very fun chalk board that I enjoyed while my other half shopped.

Amazing customer service. Friendly staff. Had a issue with a vape I purchased and quickly and easily helped get me a replacement. I love the vibe that black lava has when I walk in the doors. The customer service is amazing and friendly. The love the workers show is on point. Prices are cheaper than other smoke shops on the kona side. Great job keep up the good work.

I initially thought it was cool because these guys were super nice and knowledgeable. But the disposable vape I bought had so much left and yet the battery died. I don't know how common this is to happen, but I really don't think it's good for business. But the worst part is that I wasn't informed about this at all. I called and asked about it, and they said that "It is hit or miss with certain vapes". Well, it would have been nice to know that so I could have bought a rechargeable one that would be worth my money.
I don't hate it, but it is incredibly frustrating. I think it'd be good if the workers were more informative about the risk because then it just feels scammy.
EDIT: I ended up throwing the vape away before I saw the reply, but just the fact that you were willing to replace it is good enough. Thank you for your help, and for the offer.
