I went in to buy coils but ended up buying other things. I took along time to decide on those products but the girls here was so patient and so helpful on the use of different things. The selection was awesome too. I usually go to other vape shops but I now will drive to the west ridge location. Customer service was awesome.

I went into the store expecting to buy somethings like you do at a store. The sign posted says 2 costumers at a time and one person was already in the store. So my friend goes in first and they explain that there were to many people in the store so I intended to pop my head in and ask for them to clear up any confusion based on the sign and the employee Joey T. Started yelling for no reason swearing at me. He also never gave further explanation. I will never go back to a Volcano Vape because of the awful way I was talked to.

Do not purchase! Prices are not competitive, marked up 3x retail competitors. Military go to Vape Kings on S. King St., they offer 20% discount to military and will give you good prices!

Always great service, very helpful if you don't know what to get. Very knowledgeable. This location is pretty slow so if you dont want to wait at pearlridge, just drive across the street.

My FreeMax tank got stuck on my gPriv2 and try as they did it just wouldn’t come off. Customer service is absolutely impeccable and I 100% reccomend this shop! Joey was super awesome at helping me out!

Called customer service and talked to Darci. I discovered today that my Nautilus Mini tank just broke (cracked glass), and I was desperate since Volcano is the only one that sells this tank and all stores are temporarily shut down due to the recent stay at home order (9/1/2020). Darci was able to assist me in purchasing the Nautilus Mini tank and a bottle of e-liquid on the Volcano e-cigs website and ensure that the package will ship today to lessen the delay in me receiving my new tank. HUGE mahalo to Darci for minimizing the amount of nic-fitting I will likely be doing until I receive my new tank, hopefully tomorrow.

Nice little shop and this is the only shop that carries my CBD needs. Jaquelyn was quite helpful with my CBD selection although I was looking for the KOI Brand. Also bought the Hemp Bombs CBD Pain Freeze which I’ll try tonight.
