This is the most comprehensive, clean, and friendly shop I’ve been in yet! (I visit shops whenever I travel). The staff is so knowledgeable and inviting! I would recommend to anyone visiting like me... my only complaint (not really a complaint) is that it puts my local shop in New Jersey to shame, smh. You guys got it right!

Bought $70 worth of stuff 2 days ago and got charged for two separate transactions (one $72 and one $69) without a SINGLE word that something may have messed up during the transactions . he said “the total is $72” so i said okay. then he says “actually i put a discount on it so its $69” so i said okay thanks. Somehow i ended up getting charged for BOTH and i have been calling repeatedly for last 2 days and they WILL NOT ANSWER. i just want my money back before i take it up with my bank instead.

Just visiting for Savannah picked up a random smoke shop. AND I DEFINITELY WONT GO AHY WHERE ELSE. Ashley welcomed us to the shop with open arms and gave me the best suggestion to what I was looking for. Will come back!!!!

If your looking for quality and quality in the same location than you’ve come to the right place. I’ve never seen such a stocked smoke shop! It’s so amazing there’s so much to look at and they’re always getting new stuff! The employees are always super welcoming and helpful! I purchased one of those sticker cases for my Juul and it’s never even scratched! I love it!!!

Purchased 2 cigars from here today (small ones) and they charged me $26.99 a piece . I thought was extremely high so I went to Ye Ole Tobacco shop that is just about 2 blocks away on Bay Street and was able to buy the same brand and flavor in the large size for less than the other 2 cost! I got 3 large for $30!! Don’t shop here ever! I don’t blame the salesperson but their prices are outrageous! Tourist Trap!! Makes Savannah look bad! I will never shop there again and I hope others will steer clear!

I’ll give this 5 stars if you would anwser the phone guys I called at 10 pmish because I don’t want to ride uptown to come to a business that have hours set up but close when they feel like or slow. Just saying. Nothing negative. I know you may be busy but calling back to back and no answer sounds like nobody wants to pick up or simply the phone number is no good. There’s actually good people that just want to do in and out business.
