Mary Jane's CBD Dispencery is a welcoming environment. I was interested in finding out about cbd cream for pain relief on my back. I also bought some snacks as well that i enjoyed. The individuals working were extremely helpful and kind. They answered all questions I had to the best of their knowledge. Would definitely go back again.

DO NOT SHOP HERE.
I RARELY leave poor reviews, but here are all the issues I have experienced with this store. I would give zero stars, if I could.
Cooper was extremely helpful! I have been curious about delta-8 and what the best options are. He was very helpful in terms of reusable pens and different strains of delta-8. I thought āI will definitely be visiting this store again when I need to replenish anything!ā He was very knowledgeable and honest about their products.
Unfortunately, my Ooze pen stopped working after the first charge (about 3 days later). I charged it with a friendās Oooze charger and when I screwed the cartridge on again it wasn't working properly. I called the store and was told āno refunds or exchanges, but you can bring it up here and I will see if I can help.ā After troubleshooting a few things, it couldnāt be fixed. She then said she couldnāt do anything about it and to register the pen on the Ooze website and send an email to the owner. Well, the registration code on the pen did not work because it must be counterfeit.
I emailed the email that the customer service rep gave me. Alex responded and he was extremely kind, he offered an exchange, and I was impressed with the promptness in which he responded to my email.
Since the owner let me exchange it for another, and out of respect for his customer service, I purchased a second cart. Of course, that night that I open it, it was leaking very badly and I returned it. The girl had to text, send a picture, and call her boss, Anatoli (or however itās spelled) to ask if she could exchange the cart. I didnāt want to put it in my pen/battery that I had just exchanged the day before. They did allow me to exchange it. I used it on the new pen that night.
Within 3 days of the exchange, again, after the first charge with the correct brand charger, the 2nd Ooze pen I exchanged was not working and the light stayed green. This pen also was unable to be registered even with the code on the pen, clearly counterfeit. The cashier had to call her boss (either Alex or Anatoli, not sure who) AGAIN and ask permission for an exchange. They allowed a second exchange for another 650 ooze pen and none were charged or didnāt work. So, she offered me a 4th Ooze pen that comes in a box individually with a charger. I went to my car to open it and register it in the parking lot and saw there was no registration code on it at all and brought it back into the store before using it. The pen company boasted 3x on the packaging that it had an authentication/registration code. (This being the 4th pen weāve tried now!)
I went back into the store to let the cashier know there was absolutely NO registration code on the pen and it, again, must be counterfeit.
Again, she had to call the owner for permission for a refund, because at this point I do not want to do business with this place any more.
The owner wouldnāt let the worker give me a refund and only gave her permission me to email the owner again for the refund for the $23.00 pen.
I emailed the owner again 2 days later with all the problems I experienced, said they might need to discuss the counterfeit products they are purchasing from their retailer, and asked for a refund.
The only response from Alex was that they purchase their merchandise from a specific company and that I will have to take it up with them. So, I asked if that means no refund and have yet to get a response. (See screenshot of email)
Itās clear the owner only cares about money and boasts about having the best products (that are obviously counterfeit).
DO NOT SHOP HERE; It is not worth the headache or gas you will waste driving back and forth.
