Carbon Smoke and Vape Shop

I Walked into the shop rather annoyed last week, because a shop I went to down the street, sold a terrible product that doesn’t even work! Then wouldn’t take it back! However Alec worked me with to find a better device, and actually explained the devices he showed me. I also really enjoy the shops environment and overall vibe of the place. It didn’t take very long for me to leave a happy customer. I’ll definitely be back soon! Thanks Alec!

Wow!! This Shop is Amazing with well Trained Staff to help you make smart purchases. I was turned on to this shop after they opened next door to my Pawn Shop.. I have been to multiple Vape Shops in the area and was not impressed with Staff nor Selection of juices. This Shop has it all.. not to mention nothing they sell is Knock off Chinese crap. They sell good products at great prices. I have bought multiple products from this shop and back this shop as the Best Smoke Shop in GA..

What can I say about this place? Friendly service. Huge selection of flavors, mods, and tanks. Owner is friendly and conversation was engaging. They made recommendations for flavors that we -love-. The Ice Cola flavor is -AMAZING- and truly tastes carbonated. If you live in the Bells Ferry area of Marietta and you vape, you've got to go here.

This shop is AMAZING!!! They have a huge selection and great, knowledgeable staff. The store always smells good and good music playing. I could spend hours here. 10 out of 10

It’s hard to find a good vape shop in this area, and this is definitely one I’ll be back to. Their juice and pipes are organized very well and I didn’t have a problem finding what I needed without asking a bunch of questions, like I have to do at other shops. Alec was extremely helpful and always has a good attitude when i come in :)

I love this shop for everything I need vap wise. They give great deals are down to earth and can feel the positive vibe everytime I come in the door

Came in over the Weekend. Was greeted right away by a chill guy named Alec. He was very helpful and recommended the best product that i needed! Excellent customer service!

The staff is very helpful and honest before selling products, plus there’s a great selection at decent prices. I used to live near a Cloud 9, I’m so glad I moved and that this store happened to be the closest because I will be returning often.

This is one of the greatest shops i've walked into! ALL of the staff there is knowledgeable and understanding of all your needs. The juice prices and selections are out of this world, and they will cater to all your vaping needs! Definitely going to come back again for more products!! 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Since we moved I haven’t been able to find a smoke shop. I’m really picky about smoke shops I go to and the ones I know I’m really close with the people that work their. I finally found 3 around our new house that I always go to! I recently started going to Carbon Smoke & Vape(2543 Bells Ferry Rd #600 Marietta, GA 30066). Been bragging to my wife about their hookahs, even took my brother a couple weeks ago to check them out. I’ve never had ANY problems when I’ve gone until today....finally get to take my wife for the first time today so she could get a new hookah. When we walked in there was a white employee there. She did not greet us...she said nothing. My wife started to walk around the store looking at the hookahs and the employee began to follow her. I got a phone call and stepped to the side and I can see her looking at me from across the store as she was suspicious of something. I walked away. She began to come around the counter to walk in our direction. At this point it’s obvious what she’s doing. She walks up to us and in a VERY suspicious way asked “Can I see y’all I.D?” Making a disgusting face as we didn’t belong. I began to question why she asked for our I.D. NOT BECAUSE SHES NOT SUPPOSED TO but because I’ve been in that store so many times and have NEVER been I.D. On top of that I’ve been in there plenty of times with her in there and was never asked by her. We showed her our I.D and by then we both were disgusted and irritated. My wife no longer wanted to buy a hookah so I just got shisha and coals. As she’s checking me out three white girls, that looked younger then us, walked in. She did not I.D. them! She was pleasant and nice. Asked them how they were doing. Laughing and having a full conversation. My wife asked her “Are you going to I.D them like you did us?” The employees reply was “No. I know them!” I began to point out the fact that I’ve been in this store plenty of times and have never been I.D so what makes them different?! On top of that Carbon Smoke & Vape has a reward system. Where when you shop with them you put in your number and build up points. As she was ringing me out she didn’t even ask if I had an account with them. I said something to her and she looked surprised that I did. She continued to argue that she wasn’t treating us this way because we were black and they were white. Which is a lie! The whole time we were in the store she followed us and gave us nasty looks like we weren’t supposed to be there. She didn’t ask if I had a reward account with them because I guess I don’t look like the type to have one. And she didn’t I.D the three white girls but of course the two black girls with sweat pants and t-shirts on get racially profiled. I’ll NEVER step a foot in this shop again. Coming from a person who’s been in the hookah industry for 5 years, shops at smoke shops AT LEAST two times a week, and have people always coming to me about the best shops to go; Carbon Smoke & Vape will NEVER be on my list again. They lost a loyal CONSISTENT customer because of their racist STORE MANAGER!!
