Really nice place. The gentleman working there, Patrick, was so helpful and knowledgeable about everything that I came to the store to purchase. I will definitely be going back to them in the future when I am in need. They have a wide variety of products. I highly recommend trying this shop. You won't be disappointed.

Who was very friendly, Was also very knowledgeable of inventory and amazing help for us when deciding on what to purchase. Cody took his time and I wish I could give more stars if I could! Patrick was very helpful and was very knowledgeable about the products in the store, he made me feel as though I'd known him for a long time. I told him what I was looking for but they didn't carry that product in their store but he knew enough about it to help me find a suitable substitute. I will never shop here again! Last week, I purchased two vape pens(batteries). One was defective and would not sustain a charge. When I returned for an exchange, I was told I would have to purchase another. It's ok to have a no exchange/refund policy, EXCEPT for defective merchandise. SHOP AT YOUR OWN RISK!

I stopped in for a couple of things. The staff was not just helpful but they knew the products and were able to educate me. Also, I had a previous experience in which I was as happy but a product I had purchased had a flaw. The manager made it right on my next visit. Wide selection of incense and vape products. It's kind of like the chicken place down the street...you may pay a tiny mark up but it's worth it for the service and time they spend with each customer. These folks are my choice. Convent location too.

Just got me a vep to quit smoking, and my experience was wonder they young man who was there was very helpful. He explained everything to me before I left the store, he made me feel good about my decision. He showed me how everything worked and told me if I need anything to come back, and he’ll help me out. This will be the only smoke shop I go to for anything, I wish I would have gotten the young mans name so I can give him credit. Thank you so much...

Great selection, the guys were very knowledgeable. They have the CBD lotion it's a little pricey but it's worth it. Great for nerve damage and other chronic pain. They also have a large variation of incense and smoke out candles only good good price too!

Super friendly service from everybody at this store. I buy tobacco, tubes and incense here so far. Not an issue with anything my husband and I have bought here and always quick service in and out and we have been shopping here for at least a year. Meesam and Manny are who we see most the time and they are always so helpful. This store has more merchandise in it than it might look like from outside. They have a HUGE variety of incense and it is long burning/lasting compared to what we were buying from the smoke shop at Sugarloaf Mills (the incense from Wild Impulse that is not in packages but you choose yourself lasts twice as long than what we were buying before).
