Love their stuff! BUT! I mentioned to a gentleman who works here (average height, never seen him without his ball cap) that I drove from Alabama to come here. He said next time I was back, let them know for a 10% discount. Came back in today (from Alabama) and no discount. I even got giggled at by the cashier. I’m not sure if there will be another visit after this one, unfortunately.

This shop gave me a sour strawberry watermelon gummy worm and it was amazing the flavor it great and I could t be happier with the usage or juice seriously I recommend this vape shop

Fantastic inventory and low, competitive prices! Going anywhere else would be costly and painful on a customer, given you'll also never be treated as a valued customer. The staff is so kind, so informative, and so much appreciated for their ability to maintain such a welcoming and relaxed environment.

Planet X used to be one of my favorite vape stores, if not my favorite. The second to last time I went there, I purchased nic salt juice and when I got in my car I realized that there was an expiration date that said that the juice was two years expired. I brought it back in to switch it out for a different one and they helped me with no problem and had great customer service.
However, yesterday I came to purchase more juice and I was given a bottle that expired six months ago and was a dark orange color. Unfortunately, I did not realize that it was expired until I had driven somewhere five minutes down the road. I turned around and went back to Planet X to return the expired juice.
The employee told me that Vape juice does not expire and told me that next time I need to check inside the store to make sure that it is not expired. I thought that was the employee’s responsibility to ensure that their product is not expired. I received no apology but she did allow me to trade for a different juice. She then proceeded to accuse me of opening the bottle of the expired juice (which I did not). Why does it matter? Were you planning on putting the expired bottle back on the shelf?
I chose a different juice that had no expiration date on it, but it looked worse than the six month expired juice. I was too uncomfortable to say anything about it in the store because the employee was convinced the new bottle was not expired and I did not feel like she would let me switch it out for another one. I tried the new juice and like most bad Vape juices, it makes me cough every time I hit my Vape and it has a horrible aftertaste. The color of the juice is concerning, as you will see in the photo. Now I am out a bottle of vape juice and felt like people should know about my experience so it does not happen to them. Always check the expiration date of your Nic salt juice because Planet X has sold me expired juice 3 times now.

The staff is the most knowledgeable about their products! There is so much potential with the hemp derived products they sell which I use for therapeutic purposes. They always have the best prices and most of all they are very compassionate and friendly. Cannot recommend this business enough?

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. If they don’t have a flavor, they say they will order it for you. So hopefully they order the Vapetasia Trapple for me!(hint hint)
