Bucky's Vape Shop

Went in with zero experience vaping, and left feeling confident in my decision to start. Staff is extremely knowledgeable and consummately professional. Unfortunately, I’m terrible with names, but the gentleman, who helped me, took the time and demonstrated everything I needed to know to correctly operate the device. I was allowed to sample flavors, and, most importantly, when I was making the actual purchase, my ID was checked (Sorry kids, I do believe you should be saving any money you make before 18 for college, not spending it on cigarettes or the device that’s going to give you the biggest cloud of vapor possible). After changing over to the vape, I don’t know why I ever smoked cigarettes, in the first place. If you’re in the market, support this local business; they’re good intentions and excellent customer service is what it’s all about.

The staff is very knowledgeable. I haven’t vaped for 2 years and they were able to get me a great new mod, tank and some coils at a great price. Also knowledgeable about flavors. I highly recommend them! They started me off on a great vape with enough power and flavor to help me kick smoking!! Thank you!

Didnt make me feel welcomed at all. I noticed they were making other customers feel welcomed while i was there testing out samples.But not me. Guess my skin is too dark. Wont be back there. Plus the prices are too high. I took my buisness to vaporville in Phenix City. .Cheap prices and awesome customer service

Smallest vape shop I have been to. Also the best stocked as far as selection goes. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The one thing that stuck out about this shop, that most shops do not have is the subtank testers. Those of us that use them understand trying flavors in other shops. Overall I would rate this shop as one of the top 3 I have been to coast to coast. I would rate them as #1 but their prices are a little steep.

The absolute best vape shop in the Phenix City/Columbus area. I went there yesterday and they already had the Uwell Crown V AND the coils for it that just got released maybe a few weeks ago, they really know there way of getting stuff and the employees there are amazing and very helpful.

The staff here is absolutely amazing. I have been to several sketchy places and had almost given up hope of finding a decent shop until i came here. I live over 2 hours away but plan on making a monthly trip out to Columbus to visit them. Thank you guys so much and keep up the good work.

This place has been open since before vaping was even "on the radar" and has ALWAYS cared for the customer before their cash register. If you're just starting out or have a question you dont want to be judged over, this is your spot! The owner is a wonderful person and is extremely dedicated to Harm Reduction and advocacy as well as being able to keep a "mom and pop" shop open for longer than most (or any) chain/corporate/profit venture stores due to his devotion and commitment to his family as well. They are all incredible people who put the customers needs first. This includes doing their homework to check upcoming regulation changes etc to prevent any interruptions to the customer experience. They were carding everyone and sectioning off their tasting area before it was even a requirement because it just made sense if you are willing to really look at the consumer experience from more than just the angle of, "it's my shop and its gonna be my way or the highway". I guarantee you do not have to worry about having "dumb questions" here either, these folks REALLY know their stuff and are more than happy to ease you into whatever you're dubious about in you're vaping journey. So please, ask questions, interact with staff or other customers, this is a community after all, and if you feel like they're looking at you it's only because they can tell ya have a question so dont be shy!

I have been a customer at Bucky's vape shop for 2 years, and let me tell you, the customer service is immaculate and so are the products. They have the largest selection of Vape fluid in the tri-state area. The representatives educate customers on the maintenance of the wide variety of Vape pens and atomizers. I recommend Bucky's to The Vape community. It is or should I say will be a wonderful experience. Hurry in today.

Cane from out if town escaping the hurricane down in Miami and stumbled upon this little jewel of a vape shop. Not only the best and attentive service, but such a HUUUUUUUGE great selection of juices and mods you can ask for. I brought someone that was new to Vaping and he received not only a great tutorial but also gained the confidence to work and customize his new vape. Honestly other than the beauty that Georgia has to offer Buckys vape shop makes me want to move up there lol. Thanks guys fornyour great service and hope to see y all one day soon.
