If I was able to give this place no stars I certainly would. I have purchased two vape mods from them they both broke one standing in front of Manny when he saw it break neither did he offer to refund it nor did he try to replace it, I was told you can buy another one. I bought a different Vape mod it is the Novox the new version one week ago today, and the cartridge broke a big huge chunk of it broke off I called up there I called up there to see about getting a refund and I was told they would not refund me my money. therefore I will not ever be shopping at this shop again and I would suggest that others don't as well. because what you get is customer no service I was first told that the replacement or refund days was 7 days from the day you bought it now I'm told it's five and I was just told that 10 minutes ago on the phone with Manny. I do understand this is not Manny's problem he is a good guy but I have a problem with the owners and or management of this facility. but far as Manny is concerned he's good he's a good guy he knows what he's talking about but the shop itself yeah don't buy anything from this shop.

DON’T BUY HERE!!! I was convinced by as sales associate that buy the Sugar Delta 9 cartridges. The are rechargeable but once the initial battery died, neither of the carts would recharge. Pais $100 for 2 and got half out of each before they died and would not charge. This shop would not replace or do anything about it. Pretty much told me it’s not their problem. Did a ton of business here and will NEVER go back. WARNING DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SHOP unless you want to assume full responsibility for defected products!
