This lady hooked me up, so some road construction has them giving out a 15% discount...just because the roads a little messed up going there. aside form the 15% off the prices are what the should be. ive been ripped since i moved here 3 months ago and this place is worth the drive, even if we have to tunnel to get to it.

I’ll frequently go to Xhale there’s a lot of them in my area and I prefer to go to Xhale than other smoke shop. But this time I’m working in the area of Cheshire Bridge and had to stop at this Xhale. Which to be honest is my least favorite store. Because it’s always a very awkward experience when I walk into this store it doesn’t matter which staff is there even the managers at this store are very unhelpful. Plus they always have different issues like this. One day it’s no problem if you have a mask or not but now they rudely/bluntly tell you to put one on which is honestly not a problem it’s just the way you come across that is. They need to have all there stores running the same tired of getting treated different in each store. So I would say you should avoid this store they just can’t get it together. Always having issues and if you read the reviews at this store I’m not the only one that’s been having the same type of issues.

I was sold a torch that didn’t work. I had not been aware of their exchange policy (absolutely no returns or exchanges) so I had to challenge the purchase with my credit card company. Totally unreasonable.

I'm in town celebrating my nephew's bat-mitzvah, and decided to stop here to get some specific pods. My brother said that they had the product I was searching for just behind the counter. I see the product as soon as I walk in. As soon as I entered, the attendant said "you got lucky," flipping the sign to closed. I was confused, as it was 11:45 PM and closed at midnight. Regardless, I continued to watch this associate (purple streak on left side with glasses) stock some products on the shelf. 5 minutes later, I was so irritated that she refused to help that I walked behind the counter, grabbed the pods, threw the amount of cash to the nearest dollar value and left. Never been so disrespected at a store in my life. I currently invest in numerous businesses in the South East and was hoping to learn more about Xhale. It is a shame this was my first experience.

I’m a frequent customer of this store... products are great however employees not so much. Every time I’m in the store, the woman with faded purple hair has HORRIBLE customer service. She always has an attitude. She is always on her phone. She is always carrying on meaningless conversations with coworkers. I suggest customer service training.

Excellent destination for liquid, and coils. Occasionally overpriced when it comes to mods and tanks but that's to be expected when you're shopping in a brick and mortar. The staff varies as far as how knowledgeable they are and their level of friendliness and willingness to help. Some are absolutely wonderful and a lot of fun to talk to and some are pretty dismissive and cold. It's a bit of a toss up. If you know what you need and don't need a lot of direction this is the place for you. It's also a buyer beware store. No warranties and no returns on hardware. So be careful to test everything before you leave!

Lisa has the best customer service. For those who do not care about themselves or others are selfish. Lisa is trying her best to keep the store clean and sanitized. There are signs everywhere please do not touch the counters and various things yet these two people who complain do not know how to read keep their mitts off things. Perhaps start caring for others and not be rude to the manager who is keeping with the guidelines with the CDC... You should be grateful that the store is even open to carry out your needs during the pandemic. Be grateful for her and again.. KEEP YOUR MITTS OFF THE COUNTERS!!!!!!! STAY SIX FEET APART AND RESPECT OTHERS.... THIS STORE IS THE BEST AND SHE IS A GREAT MANAGER...
