Love this store great customer service I went to five different hookah stores and they had none of the things I needed for my hookers buy he had everything I needed in this store and I got a great deal I've been shopping here for 2 years now it's kind of far from where I live but it was worth the drive because it was a One-Stop shop

These guys are amazing. Best customer service and satisfaction. They have a variety of different stuff available and their prices are very reasonable. It’s the first time I’ve been there and all I can say is they now have a permanent customer. They will help you out in any way they can because they have done that for me. when I saw that this place was in the mall I was skeptical. However, my experience there was amazing. When I bought my first vape there they answered all my questions and gave me a great discount and some cool free gifts. When my vape didn't work right they tried to fix it but I wanted to just try another product and they gave that one to me at half the price I'd seen in other stores. They are super friendly, helpful, and very willing to work with you on prices. I never write online reviews on stores but they treated me so well that I just wanted to.

My experience was excellent at this location! Lucky at the desk was immensely helpful, professional, and friendly, and her customer service was A and B the C of D!! She helped me pick out the perfect piece and suggested some additional accessories that have proved transformative for how I use my herb products. Absolutely LOVE this store. Wide selection of vape products, CBD, kratom etc.. Hands down the most competitive prices you will find in town & I've been to SO many shops. This spot wins it all. Malek is wonderful & staff is super helpful & accommodating. They went out of their way to begin carrying what I use specifically. They have 25% off juice on Tuesdays & juice selection is extensive & very well priced. HIGHLY recommend!!

Great assortment of vapes but the staff member was not knowledgeable about their stock, including price, because he "hadn't vaped in 7 months." I noticed a very limited inventory for glassware.

Asam was great! I bought 2 Vape Pens from him and unfortunately both stopped working within a few weeks, I came back and he gladly exchanged them for 2 working ones with no hassle. You can tell he always puts the customer first! You. An defenitely trust these guys!
