Used to be a good shop went in recently and got denied a sale, When I wasn't even purchasing anything..... bc i didnt bring my wallet my wife was making the purchase.There's better friendly shops in the area don't recommend this one keep in mind i dont look like a kid im 35 years old and have lots of tattoos. So i still went home 10 miles just to grab my id Even though I wasn't purchasing anything so my wife could make her purchase Never have I ever heard of a business being run this way.... If you are the business owner you need to teach your younger employees how to treat older people

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!What a garbage store. Just like others have said-they never informed that all sales are final. I hadn't even removed the cellophane wrapping (obviously it hadn't even been opened). I just wanted to exchange for a different flavor. I don't know how they're still in business-so much for customer service.

I went to buy more coils for my smok vape on 12/6. I told the young lady that I needed a new coil for my vape and even showed her the vape coil that I needed to replace. She go get a replacement coil and I pay for it, not once did she say that all sales were final or that I could not exchange. I attempted to exchange the coil today and the guy told me all sales are final or no exchange. Waste of time and money won't be coming back

I stopped in to get myself a new piece yesterday. The guy that was working (I didn't catch his name) was very helpful in finding what I wanted.
I got home and found out that the piece was faulty (it happens), I called up the store and spoke to the same guy who told me just to bring it back and he'd exchange it. When he found out that I had already attempted to use it, he instructed me to just throw it away (I appreciated not feeling like I had to drive back with any used paraphernalia). When I returned to the store, the same guy got me taken care of right away.
I am very pleased with my replacement piece and will return for any future needs.

I stopped by on my lunch break to check it out, I normally go to the Calhoun store but I was in the Acworth area. I cannot say enough good things about the JR store. It’s conveniently located off of 41 and the customer service was just as amazing as the Calhoun store! Will be back!
