Thank goodness for this place! They had everything I needed and the prices were right. I was quick in and out, no one tried to get me to buy extra stuff I don't need. The place smelled clean and was pretty cool to look at too. Awesome art all over this store. I will be back!

Bought a $7 coil that was defective right out of the box and was told, too bad, all sales are final. He said he would take 70 cents off if I choose to buy another. The new girl behind the counter was very polite and professional though and did her best to help resolve the issue. Unfortunately the manager doesn’t care about their customers as much as she does.

I decided to edit my first review. Still a great place 2yrs later. I bought an item on impulse that ended up not working the way I wanted it to. They don't do returns for obvious reasons and could've said sorry about your luck, but they helped me out with a great price on a new setup that works perfectly.

I've been going here every few months for a couple years now. The most recent time I went in, I got a $20 pipe the size of a lighter. Anything bigger than that costs way more. I got one anyways. Went home that same day and went on Etsy and bought a really sweet glass pipe for $34 the size of my open hand. I'll keep that cheap $20 pipe from here in a draw somewhere. They better do something quick because I know where I'm making my next purchase.

If I could give this store zero stars I would. I came in to buy a few things and I was completely unsatisfied on the customer service I received. The girl that has the bright hair think her name started with a j. I’m just unsure but whatever her name is she was so rude and very unpleasant. I think she could’ve possibly been on drugs but That’s just my opinion. I recommend for everybody to stay far, far away from this place.
