The employees here are so nice and helpful, keeps me coming back. I needed a simple water bong with an ice catcher and the girl that helped (I wish I got her name for the shout out) showed me exactly what I wanted. The first piece she showed me I got, I really appreciated that she didn't try to upsell me on anything fancy because I was clear with my simple description. On other occasions I've gotten a scale, grinder, roller, and papers. Always a quick and easy transaction.

They have everything you’re looking for. always great quality, cool accessories, even a fridge of tasty drinks and a freezer of locally made popsicles! Professional and welcoming owners and staff. The employee working when I went back on my lunch break, was very friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. I had told him about me having been there early and he apologized profusely. He even gave me a discount on my purchase for walking there in the heat. Unfortunately they did not have my specific vape in stock, but he was able to help me pick out one that is just as good. They have definitely earned my business back.

I normally adore this franchise, but today was completely different. google says the store opens at 10 am. I was there at 10 am, and the lights were off and the store was closed. I was only able to wait a few more minutes because I had to be at work. I had to find a completely different smoke shop to go to because of this inconvenience. I left my house 30 minutes early to make sure i got to Dragon Heads when they opened. i called both numbers (the shop in bradenton and this one) and noone answered in either store. very disappointed. They have specific vapes that noone else carries, but i guess ill just go straight to the website of the manufacturer from now on. Completely disappointed.

Easily the best customer service around! Anytime I’ve ever had a question about anything they’re quick to respond within minutes. I was looking for something very specific and had been messaging back and forth with a very helpful employee and they took the time to go through a few dozen different options with me, sending me pictures and videos of everything. Their shop is unmatched by any other! I highly recommend Dragon Headz!

Super friendly staff. The guy working was very informative and I purchased a glass piece that had a very small chip in it but I didn’t notice it until I already left, brought it back and he swapped it out for a new one no questions asked! 👍🏻

Great shop, walked in very organized with a huge selection! Asked the guy behind the counter how long they've been open he said 2 days and they already had more than my regular vape shop! Best part they weren't even finished setting up. Also got a 60ml bottle of liquid for what I pay for a 30ml anywhere around town! Very good pricing from what I've seen and even cheaper than most places online, good luck! I'll be back for sure

You guys are the bomb, me and my brother come in probably once a month at least, always 5 star service and very knowledgeable. Every visit is great. Products are easily the best in town as well. Not to mention they always hook it up, if you spend some money with these guys their happy to go above and beyond. I dont see how anyone could have a bad experience here. Coming from a regular to this store, anyone who leaves a bad review is just salty because they didnt do their research or has another agenda.

This shop is AMAZING! The guys there are very knowledgeable and incredibly friendly! The glass pieces in there are Gorgeous! I will definitely be going back for sure.
