Matthew help me and my husband with grace on Christmas Eve. We love coming to the shop and frequently due each week but out of all of the employees their Matthew is the most knowledgeable and willing to explain. I shop here often, this location and the one beside the gym in PC. Last time I went in, the girl talked me into buying a new battery and a new line of vape so it brought my points up, to where I had $10 off next purchase came into this location and the machine was broke, this was like 2 weeks ago, so I went to the other location and my points had not been added! I was promised the owner would be calling me, Steve I believe, but 2 weeks later no phone call. My points were not added, and I have the receipt also they can see in their system past transactions but the guy said he had no way of telling. Nice employees but that machine didn't add my points and then the next week it was broken. Not cool because I spend a lot of money with Jaguars
