VERY GOOD customer service!! Me and my husband went in for vape juice and kratom, lt is GREAT quality. We moved to Kissimmee about a month ago and I got ripped off on kratom in Kissimmee (was not real) but we drove to OBT SMOKE SHOP mon. night and I was highly impressed!! They definitely will have our service!!

The Creme brulee juul pod is recently hard to find. 24.99$$. (Up in smoke still sells them cheaper)
The dude could sense I wasn’t totally stoked on the price but didn’t make much of an effort to justify the inflation; and on my way out (after fully turning around) he whispered
“we made a good profit”
I immediately turned around and addressed his comment, but he just started speaking to the customer which was already attempting help when I’d arrived.
In closing, nobody likes feeling like they’ve been ripped off; At least attempt and tell me that your costs went up and this is the only way etc.
