We stopped in for a lighter + had the best customer service experience from Hailey (sp?). Not only was she attentive to us, but she went out of her way to help 2 elderly women find their way to their destination. She was very knowledgeable on the product + we will for sure be back this trip! Smoke shop has a great selection of everything you need!

I absolutely love this place. Great product. Welcoming and helpful employees. Only reason for 4 star is the Wall display of glass has LED light directly behind the glass product which basically blinds you and make the product hard to see. There is also way too much stock, It really distracts from the individual beauty of each piece. otherwise great store.

I bought a bowl from there for my water pipe and it broke while fitting it out on my piece. At first I had some pushback but onc3 I explained the situation everything was solved. The whole staff was understanding once the situation was explained. Thaey did everything they could to help me. Thank's for actually giving customer service it's refreshing to know that it still exists in this current economic market.

It's getting better, staff is pretty knowledgeable and friendly, sometimes you call and ask for things and they say they have it so you drive there and they end up looking 20 min for a product just to say they can't find it. Most of the vape accessories especially the juices are way overpriced compared to the other shops in the area and they don't offer military discount but they definitely have the largest selection of tobacco/vape products but you'll spend a pretty penny there.

Went in for something small and came out with a whole new set up thanks to Haley. She was super knowledgeable and patiently answered the million questions I had. Huge quality selection, great experience, highly recommend 👍

Bought a disposable vape an hour ago and it is completely burnt but they won’t exchange it for a new one cause of their “strict policy” I have the receipt as well. Absolutely ridiculous. Never mind their price for this vape was more expensive than any other vape store I have been to. Will not be returning here , go to ANY other vape store that’s in Naples. Not worth it. I guess I should have read all of their 1 star reviews before coming here so that’s on me.
