I came in because the USmokeShop across from FIU didn’t have MiPods and I came over to this shop because I was in the area. Unfortunately, they didn’t have MiPods either but Priscilla took it upon herself to contact her manager and order the device for me! She then helped me understand the juice I would need and how to operate my device. Fast forward a few months and my device broke and I called the store and coincidentally spoke to Priscilla again who once again went above and beyond to call SmokingVapor (the manufacturing company of the MiPod) and gave me the direct line for one of their customer service agents who already knew everything I needed by the time I called thanks to Priscilla! Overall the best customer service I’ve ever experienced outside of maybe like Magic Kingdom in Disney! They really take it to that next level!

Love this place! They have pretty much anything and everything you can think of or that you want/need in stock at all times. Great e-liquid selection and a wide variety of Vape Mods/Full Kits from top brands like SMOK, Wismec, Vaporesso, Eleaf, etc. Customer service is also THE BEST here! Highly recommend :-)
