I’ve been coming here for a while. It’s right next to Midtown and it has the best varieties for CBD and Sheesh. Super helpful and there’s a reason they’re almost at 5 stars. Ralph is the man to go to if you need help he has knowledge of all products.

Store will not honor defective purchases. Store doesn't not keep receipts. Purchased a Juul 3 days ago for my wife and she opened it up last night and it doesn't work. Called the store, they tell me there is nothing they can do for me. I even asked for a receipt for my purchase so I could work with Juul and they couldn't not provide one based on my phone number even though they have a points program.
I estimate I have probably spent around $1000 over the last year with them....apparently they have enough customers and don't need my business anymore. Good riddance.

Worst customer service, most rude disrespectful employees and highest prices I've seen in Miami. As a local, it is a shame that my kind words are met with discourteous yelling. The only positive experience I've had with this shop was with the lady holding the sign in front, one of the sweetest ladies I've met. Wow... what a contrast.
