Poor Customer Service Defective Products No Receipt Provided

I have been this places customer for the longest time I have spent more then $1000 in this store buying hookah, coke, flavor, but mostly bars. There has been a few incidents where I buy the bar and don’t open it in the store and when I actually try it it does not work! I bought a pack of three I smoked the first one no problem when I opened the other one it was leaking and did not even turn on so I opened the third same thing I went back to the store to have them switch it out for a new one as I already spent my money. The girl who was in the front her name is Emily said that without a receipt they would not be able to do that I informed that they did not give me a receipt and that I am there loyal customer. She said that was the regulations and that she can’t do nothing about it. I asked her for the owners information so I can complain and she refused to give it. She then said all she can do is take my info down and have the owner call me. Then a gentlemen which I don’t know his name came out from the back loud talking and saying that he will be looking for the receipt in the computer from the day before. Supposably he did not find it and told me that he doesn’t want my business any longer. What a way to treat customers! From now on I will find another responsible smoke shop with better customer service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL! As a business owner that I am I am loyal to my customers and try to resolve the problem so they can come back not shuu them away like this gentlemen did. I will be informing the BBB as well. I will tell all of my family and friends that also purchases from them as well! They don’t deserve their business.

Overcharged Unprofessional Staff

new issue. Went with my boyfriend. He purchased pre rolled cbd blunts. The sign on the container shows 3 x $25 - the chick at the front desk who appeared under the influence - overcharged and when we pointed out to her she tried to cancel. It didn’t work so she asked like she fixed it: didn’t give us a receipt. We asked her for one. Which is when we seen she didn’t fix it. I told her I’m going to call tomorrow to talk to the manager and I took pictures for proof. She rolled her eyes and said ok. Another bad experience. I’m hoping the manager will handle this appropriately

Poor Customer Service Unwilling to Exchange Lost Future Revenue

I attempted to EXCHANGE a coil that did not fit my vape mod, because I was told I could not install it in the store. The coil did not fit my mod and I asked the store to please EXCHANGE, not return my money, not give me store credit, just EXCHANGE the coil for one that would fit, but the owner refused. This is after looking up my rewards point account, and debit/credit card transactions, proving I have spent THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS at this store, this year alone; due to their non-willingness to exchange a NINE DOLLAR ITEM, I am never patronizing this store again.

Business owners have to be business-savvy, apparently this one is not. She has lost THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS in future revenue for not exchanging a $9 item. Pitiful, but hey..."WELCOME TO MIAMI CUSTOMER SERVICE."

To the business owner, I suggest you enroll in Business 101 at FIU, you need a rehash of simple business concepts.

Poor Quality Control No Refunds

The girl at the counter was super friendly, but the juicy j papers that I bought for my friend were all stuck together when I opened them. I was told that they are not allowed to do refunds.. but I think that was because the second pack of juicy jay papers we looked at also had the same problem.

Bad Customer Service Scam Faulty Product No Refunds

Worst experience I've ever had with any type of Bussiness. I came in looking for a Volcano vaporizer for the purpose of using it with flowers not concentrate and I mentioned this 4 or 5 times during the conversation I had with the associate. The guy working at the shop recommended a new type of vaporizer that you could put anything in it and gave it the name Volcano on steroids. After getting a 5 star review from the employee telling me his friend had it and it was way superior to what I was looking for and that he would give me a 20% discount if I took it. I decided to give it a try.

After getting home and charging the device (puffco peak) I did a little research and found out I was scammed this was not a normal vaporizer and it only takes concentrates.

I was very upset but after reading some good reviews I wanted to give it a try and when I was able to get my hands on some concentrate next day I tried heating up the rig and it would not work at all.

I went to the shop and asked for a refund and the owner said he didn't do refunds and gave me another of his faulty machines I don't wish this experience on anyone stay away from this shop unless you want to get scammed by the employees and then scammed again by the owner over the phone. I spent $340 on a machine that I am totally miserable with worst Bussiness in Miami this is not how you do Bussiness my friend....

Poor Customer Service Defective Product

Bought a calipod disposable pen late the night before, less than an hour after buying the pen it started tasting burnt. I pass by the following day after work and they told me i shouldve came back the night before and they couldve done something to help. They pretty much just shrugged their shoulders and offered a 10% discount. The discount was generous but i just spent money on something that didnt work. Thats my point. Mind you, this pen was recommended by one of the employees on shift. I just rather not give them my business moving forward. I’ll continue to buy online, its cheaper anyways. Thanks for nothing.
