Ever since the first time I came into the shop , I’ve had nothing but positive interactions with every employee and they are so cool and Kind and very helpful people. The owners and the employees are always positive and helpful and have so much information and answers to many questions anyone might have, here is a place to get simple answers a d to find like minded cool people. Great team!

I've been to several kava and kratom bars and different smoke shops and this is by far my go to store. Liam by far is the most personable and helpful employee. Good people, good selection, good atmosphere, awesome store.

I've been only going to strange cloudz locations religiously for over two years. At the beginning I would be given a discount automatically because my father is a well known veteran. I am not. But then they stopped but I was using the clover app so I didn't mind. But now that you stopped using it you offer nothing for your regular customers. I haven't been back for a while and I honestly am not sure if I will return.

I bought a butane lighter on the 21st never used it at all until I tried to this morning. Right when I tried it didn't ignite and the second time I tried I ignite it a bunch of butane started spraying out of the bottom of it. I didn't fill it since the person told me there was butane in it already so I didn't overfill it. I called and I was told basically I can come in and they could look at it but if something was wrong can't DO NOTHING EVEN THOUGH THIS WAS THE 1ST TIME I WENT TO USE IT. I mean I could take the 1hr scooter ride out there but if they can't do nothing then going all the way out there was pointless. I remember their customer service was a lot better than this before. I'll find a different shop since it seems like they are all just about kratom and I don't drink it at all also when I've asked employees about eliquuds they either say I only do disposable, I have no idea what it taste like, or they don't have the mg I'm looking for. Thanks guys for nothing and I didn't do anything to the lighter except try to light it 2 days after I bought it because the person that sold it to me said it does work but I didn't see her them do this I just believed them since I never really had a problem with them before.

Great experience here at strange cloudz as always super cool place has everything you need workers there are super friendly very knowledgeable and will know exactly what your looking for they run a great rewards program that I haven’t seen at a smoke shop super cool! Definitely a must to check out! Shout out to peach and Kc and Brandon great crew.

Strange Clouds has the best atmosphere!! They are so knowledgeable & friendly! I always love stopping in and getting a Kratom drink at there bar.

They have everything you could need Smoke related, I hit the dispo then I stop off there for the Tyson Wraps and Black Raw papers. Very friendly and attentive staff with fair prices, I only wish they were closer to my house.
